I wanted to ask a question in regard to the APM performance monitoring that NetSuite offers. I know that the tools they provide are helpful to view information about how your system is operating. Currently, I manage and develop for an extremely large manufacturing company that is in the process of building a new location. We have integrations in our system which has the manufacturing process automated and connected to our Production Machines which create the finished goods.

Our NetSuite environment is an ultimate tier with max processors and a concurrency limit of 78. The goal that I want to achieve is the current impact of the amount of SOAP, Suietlet, and REST calls or requests that the system is processing currently, alongside the current performance, and our scaleability to determine if we need to modify our systems number of request it's receiving.

I know that I can reach out to NetSuite support to provide an overview of the performance of the system in a detailed report, and their recommendations to optimize your account. The issue is that we are still in the development process and want to get current operating parameters and stress the system as a simulation. This location is going to be 6x large in size, manufacturing, and packaging.

To give a rough idea we have a single Suitelet in our system that has received 250k requests in the last 7 days to update information in our system for the production floor.

What would be the best method to get the information regarding request information, performance, concurrency limits aren't being hit, enough lanes of traffic, and how much stress the system is going to be under to ensure users aren't affected?
