My OS is Windows10 and I can't add any julia package, and each time I add the julia package, there happens the same problem as shown in the screenshot.
I use Clash for Windows on Windows10, and everything is ok using pip when I use python, but when I try Julia and add certain packages within the pakckage mode, it does not work, I think network is a big problem. But I have no idea to handle it. By the way, it's normal to run into network problems in my country because of Great Fire Wall.
