How to dynamically fetch data from mongodb to create pdf invoice using easy invoice-npm-easyinvoice?

Question

I implemented the npm easyinvoice code in my nodejs project and it generated pdf data using the static data which was provided. I am doing an ecommerce website where invoice needs to be generated based on users orders. I tried multiple ways to fetch my users order details to this easyinoivce, but failed. Im using Nodejs, express, mongodb , ejs engine. I will provide the code to give things clarity. I need to generate dynamic data instead of quantity, order number, order date, price amd total. I am not sure how to make this dynamic. Please assist.
