I have Tailscale setup and working on Ubuntu 22.04.
I'm also running Docker on the same Ubuntu machine and have several containers that expose web services on certain ports.
After a reboot Tailscale works but can no longer connect to the Docker web services.
The web services work fine on the local network but only work over Tailscale if I run 'tailscale down' then 'tailscale up'.
