After watching multiple Tutorials, I still find difficult to draw out a proper conclusion on having control with my bone Joints. I understood the fact that, before defining the IK-constraints, the position of the Bones will determine the Post IK function. I have Inserted Images for an example.
Position-I (Placing the Thigh Bone and Leg Bone in natural position) And I have Targeted the Heel Extruded Bone, to move the entire leg.(Highlighted as Blue-Selection) case_1
Similarly (Placing the Thigh Bone and leg Bone little inwards, according to Image below - towards (-ve) "Y" axis. case_2
Now when the Target Heel bone is moved at (+ve) "Z" axis, the Knee bends exactly the way it has to bend. case_2
Can I make the Knee to move at any direction? regardless of the position I set before defining IK. If yes, is it possible to do after establishing Rigging my bone Armature to mesh?
After changing the local orientation of my Thigh Bone to certain angle (roll from -90 degree to +90), the Knee bend direction is Fixed! but changing orientation of thigh bone is only causing to mess my foot angle Result How can I control my Knee or any bone joint's rotations and its Bending Direction, without affecting the children Bone and mesh?
Thankyou :D
