I am unsure how to describe this problem but in a overleaf document that I am working on as a team, there is a section of the document that is commented out and is generating ???s in the comment. Even when I am not typing on the document and nobody in the team is working on it, it generates ???s so half of the document ends up being blue ???s. Because it is a comment it does not get compiled so it doesn't impact the compiled pdf, but I am wondering if anyone might know why this is happening.
I have deleted the ???s but they come back and re-generate itself.
