I have a backup of all my whatsapp data in my google drive. Data is really important to me but when I'm trying to reinstall whatsapp and giving it permission to get backup it is not able to detect google account only from my mobile, It just shows add account option there. My mobile is having that google account active and it's working fine in other applications not sure what to do if anybody can help. Sharing all related ss

It may possible that you're getting this because you've reinstalled the application. (In most of the cases it usually not happens).
Also it might be because you aren't logged into the same Google account. You aren't using the same phone number that was used to create the backup.
Solution 1: You can touch on Add Account
option and select the google account of your choice for the backup.
Solution 2: Please logged in using the same phone number that you've logged in before.

I have ensured I am logged in with the same account on which backup is present. On the same device only in my google drive application, I can see backup is present. Also when I try to add an account and give that mail id it says this account is already present. – Navneet Jain Aug 04 '23 at 05:56
