You need to check if you have complete prerequisites:

  • Have an active GitHub Copilot subscription.
  • Running Visual Studio 2022 version 17.5.1 or higher.
  • Signed into Visual Studio with the same GitHub ID that has been granted access to the GitHub Copilot Chat limited public beta.
