I can't access my account anymore because I had no idea the 2FA was enable which I didn't do myself. What's worse is the default number registered to the account is really old it's not even active. Samsung support has just been the worst so far in resolving this issue asking me to make another account. I found that you can use IMEI number to possibly get your account back. This shouldn't even be happening because samsung didn't confirm if I still had access to the old registered number whenever they force enabled 2FA. I need help :/
I contacted Samsung customer support and also service centre but they were of no help.
