I set up the opensips server but it does not listen to the set port after startup.
My environment is as follows: centos 8 opensips 3.1.5 opensips-cp 8.3.1 mysql 8.0.26 SELinux disable firewall has opened the corresponding port

There are no errors, so I don’t know how to check the problem. Have any of you experienced similar situations?
