Can I use 1N4148 or 1N4150 diode for D2 to connect it before the TLV1117 regulator?

It depends on input voltage and output current of regulator. Absolute maximum ratings of diode shouldn't be exceeded. Basically you can use it in case when current through diode won't exceed maximum forward current of diode, it depends on output current of regulator. Input voltage must be higher then sum of diode forward voltage, regulator output voltage and droput voltage (It is in your case 0.7V + 1.2V + 3.3V).
