I'm in a project to create a chatbot with Dialogflow CX and I have to integrate it with Google Chat. I couldn't find anything about it on the internet. Does anyone know if this is possible? Does anyone have any content links on this?

Dialogflow CX can be integrated with other platforms. It has many types of integration such as partner telephony, Dialogflow buit-in, Google-contributed open source, and independent integrations.

Google Chat is under the Dialogflow built-in integrations. Here is the documentation for all the Dialogflow CX with Google Chat integration know-hows.

  • The link you provided is for ES not CX, as far as I can see CX does not support integration with Google Chat. – Andrew Aug 04 '23 at 00:57
