My app has minSdkVersion 19, but in Google Play Console when I show users statisctics of this app there are only users with sdk version 28 and up. It happens since a few months (before that I didn't track that issue so maybe it lasts longer). I have no idea why it happens. I run my app on emulator with sdk 22 and here everything works ok.
I am asking because maybe I could have some % users more (and higher revenue from ads) if real minSdkVersion was in fact 19. So?
