I was trying to manage my firewall rules in pfsense GUI and accidentally deleted some rules. After that, pfsense won't reboot anymore. I can access the console, but the system hangs during the boot process.
Here's what I've tried so far:
- Booted into single-user mode and tried to restore the deleted rules from the shell, but I'm not sure how to do this.
- Checked the system logs, but I don't see any errors related to the boot process or the deleted rules.
I'm not sure what else to do at this point. Can anyone suggest a way to recover from this?
