Some Bluetooth devices connected to Android device for a phone calls (STREAM_VOICE_CALL) accept volume control from the Android app, and some of them don't - especially when a car is connected as Bluetooth device.
Also, volume level of BT device on the call start seems to be different and not related to Android AudioManager setStreamVolume settings.
Is there a way to control this from the Android app so it always has same audio setup at hte start of a phone call?
Tested on multiple BT devices and cars. BMW seems to be properly responding to volume change from the Android app, while Tesla car is ignoring any changes.
