I am trying to run phyloseq and I get the follwing error message
OTU = otu_table(otumat, taxa_are_rows=TRUE) Error in validObject(.Object) : invalid class “otu_table” object: Non-numeric matrix provided as OTU table. Abundance is expected to be numeric.
Could you help me fixing the problem? Thank you in advance, Paula.
I tried google the error but it was not helpful I am hoping I can get the command to work.
