I'm very new to mainframes and I was asked to install Hercule 4.5. Once the installation was completed I was unable to access TSO / ISPF. It seems that CP00 is stopped as you can see in the screenshot below.

I could have included Text but the formatting of the image provides better fidelity of the issue.

Any help would be very appreciated since I'm really stuck in this step. Best regards.

    It appears that your card reader (device 00c) is unreadable. Is that the image your trying to IPL ? Make sure the file is available and contains the image you want to IPL. – Hogstrom Apr 20 '23 at 14:01
