I am developing an app with flutter for the Kenyan market. This app has the ability to make in-app purchases using the MPESA mobile money. It consumes the same API "My Safaricom" app uses. Note that "My Safaricom" app is listed on the Google Play Store.
The way my app works is, a user simply clicks pay, and they are prompted to enter their MPESA pin to complete the transaction. This is also exactly how "My Safaricom" app works.
I have tried to find rules and requirements as to whether I would be allowed to upload my app if I am using MPESA for the in-app purchases, I haven't been able to find any information.
Can anyone here guide me in the right direction please?
