ST give the example of CCID example using ST8024.

I am trying CCID device without ST8024 only with smartcard interface of STM32F072.
I connected ISO7816 pins such as followings
The pin connections are very similar to the CCID example.
so pin connection redefinition don't need.
On the oscilloscope, the RESET HIGH, CLOCK, and ATR waveforms are observed correctly.
USART_ByteReceive fails to receive the ATR.
The RXNE flag in the ISR does not change.
What could be the problem?
