How can I check the variable value in real time in the CLion?

I tried many debugging attempts in CLion but I couldn't find a way to check the desired variable or value in real time like stm32ide.

Of course, there is a way to let it go over the break point and check the log as follows, but it is very inconvenient.

Is there any way to check the value in real time like stm32ide or other Embedded IDE?
