Multiple sheet workbook (3 sheets). Return value from column c from sheet 2. Needs to contain M1 and d2 on sheet1. Xtra vlookup?

Trying to return a value from Column C on the second sheet that Column A on the second sheet is M1 on first sheet and Column B on the second sheet is D2 on the first sheet.

Tried vlookup. Too many arguments. Tried SUMIFS. Too big.
