I have done an integration with Instagram Messenger and it works fine but one of our customers in spite of has been able to link with us we don't receive webhook events, only for this client. This problem is driving me crazy and I can't seem to get out of it.
I am using Facebook Graph API.
We have try yo unlink and linkg again with the same result. If we try to link again the facebook shows the checkboxes checked because we are already linked.
I don't know how to solve it and when I try to send this case to Facebook like an error, Facebook has disabled sending error for Webhook problems.
