Data is housed in BigQuery and is queried by Looker to display our clients data. We use a lookup sheet to match each data to its respective account/client. This lookup sheet is created in Google Sheets and is also pushed to BigQuery. The other day, my looker dashboard suddenly stopped pulling in data and now reads "No Results" for every tile.
I restored to a previous version and that did not fix the issue. I also used the broker tool to kill all idle queries, I have checked user permissions, and I have done a hard restart all with the help of a Looker representative. Still, no luck.
The rep has informed me my next step is to contact BigQuery as to confirm the lookup sheet table is pulling accurately as he believes everything to be square from a Looker perspective. I wanted to post here in case there are steps that we are missing to get the data back in the dashboard.
