first of all, just know that i absolutely have no experience/knowledge in computing/programming, so please, bear with me.
So whenever I'm trying to open links contening a picture from outlook (browser and application) i receive the same message everytime :

I know that there's been a similar question on this website but the answers given seemed to be for the people trying to SEND the links, not the ones RECEIVING it. (I might be wrong though, as I said, i'm a looser with computers).
I followed some youtube tutorials but none of them seemed to be working. I added a Rss Reader as well.
