I have a tool(written in C#) that uses few nvidia third party apis to collect some data. nvapi.dll and nvml.dll
This tool is running continously and once every 15 mins and uses the delegates from these dlls to collect some particular data.
I have implementation in place to not collect any data if device is in sleep/suspended state. I am facing issue where in for modern standby mode, the sleep study report is pointing towards the tool saying it caused GPU wakeups and the function it points to is - DxgkNotifyProcessFreezeCallout
Does anyone have any idea what is DxgkNotifyProcessFreezeCallout and are the wakeup calls justified ?
Please let me know if any additional information needed
