My goal is to get home assistant running on my Pi 4B. in a container in docker.

im getting stuck on the step of trying to get my web browser (chromium) to open the portainer webpage
im clearly getting in the right direction becuase a page loads that has the portainer.io icon on it... but
the error is "failure - unable to retrieve server settings and status'
how do i debug this is there some problem with the chromium browser
