I am working with an application in flutter in which I need to send local notification when user losses Internet connection.
It works when app is open or in foreground but it doesn't work when app is terminated/killed.
Or also app is crashed in android OS 12 or latter versions
Is it possible or not? If it is so please provide me some code repo or code.
To receive notifications when app is terminated /killed when user loses Internet connection.
