I need help with a problem that's driving me crazy regarding integrating Instagram Messenger using Facebook's Graph API. Our clients are successfully linking to our application, and our Webhook is receiving events without any issues, but one of our clients who has successfully linked isn't receiving events. Everything seems to be in order: they have an Instagram Professional account that allows messages, a Facebook page that's linked to the Instagram account, and both sides have the correct permissions without any restrictions. The only difference is that this client is using a page that hasn't been migrated to Meta Business yet, which shouldn't be an obstacle. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening, or has anyone experienced this before?
