I have recently tried to install the Mendeley plugin in the Only Office equivalent of "Word" for an institutional platform.
After following the whole procedure (copying the link from Only Office, pasting it in the Mendeley website form, filling the form, copying the secret ID, pasting it in Only Office, and saving), when I try to start the session the new window that appears shows an error 404, and there is no way to circumvent this. I tried in several browsers (Firefox, Microsoft Edge), with different Internet connections, etc...every time I get the same. Does anybody know why is this happening?
