Please explain what does negative elevation angle means in the low earth orbiting (LEO) satellite means. The LEO data moves from a positive elevation angle to a negative one. Can the negative elevation be useful?

Hi! Welcome to stackoverflow, the website where closing questions is more important than human interaction. I can suggest asking the question at https://space.stackexchange.com/ instead, however please do make sure that the question is entirely clear, first. In particular, your claim *"The LEO data moves from a positive elevation angle to a negative one."* is a bit out of context. Providing context is important and often makes it a lot easier to answer. It would be great if you could say more about that data: where did you find that data, etc. – Stef Mar 04 '23 at 15:10
