I want to get my Excel JS Add In with User Defined Functions get certified for AppSource. Unfortunately, certification fails for this configuration:
Office for Mac connected to an M365 subscription. OSx Version:13.2 Office Version 16.70.
The error message from the certification process is:
Issue: While launching the add-in, getting add-in error message as "Sorry, we can't load the add-in. Please make sure that you have internet connectivity."
All other platforms pass the certification.
Are there any ideas what might cause the issue?
I have tried sideloading the Add-In on a MAC according to here , which works fine. So, so far I am not able to reproduce the issue.
