I migrated to Unreal Engine 5 due to some issues.
And I no longer have the ability to create any palette or library.
I searched on the internet but did not find the answer to my question.

If this is an unreal engine 5 problem, why did you add the game-maker tag to your question? It seems unrelated to me. Also, what do you mean with palette?
