Since the Power BI connector for Twilio was deprecated back in JAN 2023, I do not see a clear way to link these 2 platforms so that I can leverage my personal CRM data with flex insights.
However it does not have any interesting info about taskrouter and info we care about for reporting.
Is there another option without building my own data warehousing and exporting of twilio data?
