I have been editing this one contract inside of the same environment for about 2 months now. Yesterday, I was messing with some event emissions when all of a sudden my contract started throwing this

I had deployed the exact same contract 2 minutes prior and it went smoothly. I changed nothing and my terminal just started throwing the error. Then I close my VS code and come back a day later after changing NOTHING again, and try to deploy. This time no error, and the contract was deployed smoothly on etherscan. Then I try and deploy one more time, once again without changing anything, and I throw the same error I did a day prior. What is wrong with my VS code
I tried updating my deploy function, but that did nothing. I also tried setting a gas limit, but to no avail.
