good day. I am currently working on configuring the Screensaver through command line (PowerShell). I wasn't able to get successful test by setting item property through registry. I also have checked the Local Group Policy editor but it seems the items there is not configured and I don't see things that might be connected to the actual GUI of the Screen saver.

I need to configure the value of "Screen saver" dropdown option, the "Wait" and the check box "On resume, display logon screen" you may refer to the attached image Screen saver GUI

When I have look on the path: HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop I did not see any screen saver related registry items

I also have checked path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Control Panel\Desktop but it got the same case

Currently, what I have done is by using "Set-ItemProperty" property to the path and adding item "ScreenSaveTimeOut" but I am not sure if it is directly related to the Screen saver GUI

I am not sure what exact cmdlets to use in able to configure the items on the GUI since I kept getting errors on the testing

  • Screen saver (dropdown option)

  • Wait

  • On resume, display logon screen (checkbox)

Thank you very much in advance for your help
