I would like to know whether we could build a system that generates a unique BCC address to log emails into a custom database using PHP. As I am curious how the CRM apps are doing it.

And what are the requirements would be?

Any help would be appreciated.

  • If you're the one sending the emails you can simply log their contents directly in a database, no need for BCC addresses. – KIKO Software Feb 13 '23 at 00:55
