I use both StoreKit 1 and 2 in my app where I use TPInAppReceipt (uses ASN1) to decrypt the App Store Receipt and StoreKit 2 uses JWS to verify purchases. Considering I would like to make my app available in France, do I have to fill out the ANSSI form as encryption is only used for local verification? Judging by the contents of the form, it seems to apply to encrypted transmission between devices.
