Lately, I have been interested in spatial Point Patterns analysis. I have been using spatstat and other packages. However, the resources (tutorials and vignettes) regarding replicated point patterns are very limited. My question is, do you know of any resources with effective tools to perform different manipulations of replicated point patterns? I am particularly interested in Bayesian packages such as Inlabru or spbayes, but approximations similar to spatstat are welcome. Any ideas? I appreciate your comments a lot.
