Is it possible to set an image as a wallpaper programatically in iOS 16?

As you know, Apple announced we can add a new wallpaper for your Lock Screen or Home Screen with iOS 16.

In Apple Documents, I did not find any useful results. I found ActivityKit documents but it is not contain any function related to setting wallpaper programmatically.
