I am using Twilio Whatsapp and communicatie with farmers in remote locations. Sometimes they do not have a active internet connection for some time.
They still send messages to the chatbot. However i am unable to read them once the user is back online. What possibilities are there to receive those messages?
We expect to send the response back to our API and return a follow-up. Instead when the user is back online the trigger response is empty.
