I recently made a simple voice bot to be used as a quick demo. For this digital agent, I chose to use pre-recorded audio files, something I haven't done before. I encountered a strange, intermittent problem: sometimes the audio files would be slowed down when I called the bot. This was not consistent, and I'm not sure what caused it. The audio files themselves were fine. I was able to play them both on my computer and in the storage bucket where they're housed. When my co-worker (remote and in a different area) encountered this issue, I called the bot immediately and it worked fine. If this is some kind of bandwidth issue, is there anything I can do to mitigate or avoid this?

Initially I thought one of the audio files had been corrupted, so I replaced it. However, the problem occurred again later, with a different audio file.
