I have started the Cluster in azure synapse and the spark session has been started in 2 to 3 minutes but rather than moving to next cell for executing all the cells the execution is still happening in first cell only. what can be the issue which is causing this problem? i am attaching a SS which will show that session is started but the cell is still executing enter image description here

What we can do to resolve this issue?

  • Are you still facing the same issue? If I understand correctly, even after running all cells, it is only running the first cell after the session has started. – Saideep Arikontham Jan 04 '23 at 03:44
  • Is there any error message along with the red error mark? And are you facing any issue while you are running the cells individually, one after another? – Saideep Arikontham Jan 04 '23 at 06:24
