I have a Redmi 9 (LAVA) android phone. I'm using custom ROMs and I just upgraded my android 12 custom ROM to android 13. Now I only have one problem. I cannot turn on wifi and hotspot at the same time as before. At first I thought it was because of S vendor firmware, so I reinstall R vendor firmware and after hours of searching I found an android 13 Custom ROM that runs on R vendor firmware. but I still have that problem. Does anyone know how to fix it? In older androids like 12 or 11, I don't have this problem in both customs and stock ROM.
