Why RMSE values is so high in forecasting using LSTM?

I'm trying to predict the number of tourist arrivals using LSTM in Python. But it turns out the RMSE value is too high, 100k and above. Do you have any idea why it happens?

I've modified the codings using sharing in github but the RMSE value is still high. Please help me solve this problem.
