I was using the free dyno plan of Heroku for my personal project. Now Heroku stopped providing free service. and in a few days Heroku also deleted the database of my application. I want to recover and back up that database so I can deploy my app again on another free platform like railway.app.
I have a Github student program but I am not able to use that for Heroku as I have a Debit Card(Master Card) of India. and due to regulations of the Reserve Bank of India. Heroku is not verifying my card and billing method and it's mandatory for students also to verify billing method.
I have transferred my app to railway.app and added database variables directly from Heroku. I was able use the database on Railway.app for a few days after that Railway stopped working due to a database issue. Then I checked the database and It was Heroku's Database just being used there and Heroku has deleted that database. Now I want to recover my data.
I have no other option than to recover my database and move to another platform. So please find me a way to solve my issue. Thank You
