We have multiple remote agents who are using NICE InContact for WFM. They are having issues with call refusals we believe, due to inconsistent upstream bandwidth. Does NICE InContact have a tool to test connectivity from the client to their platform like SalesForce (SFDCinstance\speedtest.jsp)? Thanks in advance.
