I am new at pvlib and I want know how can I calculate PV loss due to temperature with pvlib I only found how to calculate cell temperature , any maths formula will be appriciated

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that the loss due to the temperature is calculated relative to STC conditions. So, I would calculate the energy yield twice, the first time being a "normal" case and the second time replacing the cell temperature by the STC value. The yield difference should be what you are looking for.
