A few days ago google smart home local fulfillment stop working. Even with correct response to ReachableDevicesRequest request, Gooogle does not trigger local execution or query.
I also reverted back to example https://github.com/actions-on-google/smart-home-local, but even this one does not work anymore.

Cloud fulfillment log shows that the device behind the hub falls back to cloud execution, but fails since that this not implemented. Devices are only reachable via local.
