Laravel Dusk completes test locally but not on github actions

Question

I've been stuck on this for 2 weeks now. I have made some dusk tests that do complete when i run php artisan dusk locally. But when i use it in laravel.yaml, so it happens automatically when something gets pushed it doesn't work and i get errors. yes my google is up to date

I have tried updating my chrome, chrome-driver. And running multiple other commands in my laravel.yaml but i can not get it done.
