Trying to do an invoice template using word. Everything looks good but the first page has a blank line after the header section and the other pages do not.
Basically i am doing

<? start:body?>
<? call-template:detail ?>
<? end-body ?>
footer stuff
The output pdf file looks good but the blank line on the first page is bothering me. I've tried the inner table method (having the real table with details within a one cell table) but it doesn't work either.
Can you help?
